A calendar focused on the cyclical change of the seasons.
2-headed deer are situated above & below entangled with Hellebore on this Wheel of the Year. This is a traditional way of keeping track of the seasonal shifts throughout the year commonly used by Pagans and polytheist peoples. We celebrate the Solstices and Equinoxes and the midpoints in between throughout the year. Recognizing what great influence Nature has on us; we rejoice over the seasonal shifts and offerings the Earth provides us within each turn.
The Wheel of the Year reminds us when it’s time to plow, sow, harvest & rest; as well as, nature’s continuation of birth, death & rebirth.
